What to modify to work for Text search instead of data?

Sir, I faced a challenge in a filter function. The request was as follows- I had a parent table with three columns - Employee name (contained unique employee name), Attendance Performance (contained grades between A+ and E), Production Performance(contained grades between A+ and E). Now, the requirement was to populate the names of the employees who got the same grade(A+) in Attendance Performance & Production Performance both, at the same time. For instance, Enu, Anita, Shubham scored A in both Production Performance and Attendance Performance.Thus all the three names should populate along with their grade A. Though I understood that filter function could be helpful but I took help from someone who used filter function with multiplication * for this. Though we handled this, logic didn't get clear to me. Can you please make a video on this filter function with multiplication so that logic could be connected easily. thank you

It does work for a table. If whole column is formated than Excel makes no diference between 0 and blank cell -> this doesnt work, blank cells are marked as same as 0. Any idea how to simply aply this for whole column? Thx

Thank you for this video, I am new to VBA and this explained how the objects and properties work! I have an issue though with MultiColumn list box multi select. The code runs but only Column A is visible with Heading; columns B and C are not visible? When I make a selection the MsgBox will show either column B or C cell content, whichever I select . I cannot see an issue with the code I copied from you, see below. ListBox2.RowSource = "Data!A2:C" & totalRows 'Not working column A only visible? Column B and C loaded not visible? Can explain why this is happening? There are no error messages.
